As a manager, I provided marketing expertise related to customer acquisition and brand management. I drafted direct response copy and content in all media — web, email CPC display ads, social, SEO — and helped to reduce direct mail overhead by over $900k through process and operational improvements. I oversaw and directed a marketing analyst to perform reporting and analytical duties.
As an analyst, I managed the reporting of customer data from multiple internal databases to determine the profitability of lead sources, sales team conversion, customer profiles, and areas for strategic and operational improvement.
